Their ungrounded energies stay in those homes and dissipate from the world around us.

There’s less noise, fewer distractions, and most importantly, fewer chaotic energies.

As empaths feeling the conscious energies around us, winter is to be embraced, not rejected. You can use it to clear your mind, take a vacation from the chaos of the summer months, and reset just like nature intended.
