Spirit Art Readings
Spirit art readings are performed on a first come, first serve basis based on the donation value. The higher the value, the more priority the artwork is given. There are no guaranteed turnaround times for readings. Some take a week, others take a month or more. It all depends on the queue and value. Everything is received in divine timing. Any action taken by you as the result of a reading by Willow Shire is strictly at your own risk. Do not hesitate to seek professional medical help when medical attention is needed.

Spiritual Guidance Sessions
One-on-one sessions are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Sessions that are not scheduled due to client delays are subject to expiration after 30 days of non-use. Any action taken by you as the result of a session by Willow Shire is strictly at your own risk.
Shipping
Willow Shire is not responsible for shipping damages or packages returned due to invalid shipping addresses. Please confirm your shipping address prior to ordering. Any packages returned due to an invalid shipping address, a physical move, or other reason will be subject to additional USPS shipping shipping fees and a $5 handling fee prior to sending the package again.
