Full Moons of Experience
Me: “Can we just have one month off?”
Moon: “See you in 29.5 days. Mwahahahahaha!”
Let’s Sleep
Full moons mean a few things for me. Travel to another location. Time travel. Lots of sleep and processing. New experiences that blow my mind. Or all of the above.
The last moon was all about time travel. This moon… sleep and processing. So I found myself sleeping for 12+ hrs today and processing emotions that rose during the day. Working with ancestors and releasing old thought patterns.
Honor Yourself
Remember, it’s okay to honor what your body, mind, and soul need. If they ask for sleep, sleep. If they ask for a fast, fast. If they ask you to work, work.
Some people are full moon sensitive. Some people are new moon sensitive. I’m full moon. For five days, I know I’m going to be out of sorts from energy. It starts two days before, ramps up, and then fades away. I do my best to listen to my guides about what needs to be done. This often means my disappearance from the world.
Almost Over
Now that the energy is starting to fade, I’m getting back to normal. Posts will return to Instagram. Work will continue.
But can I say… damn… that was the first full moon in a long time that had me utterly exhausted. I’m regaining my energy as each hour passes. Just another day or two and things will normalize.

Joplin came to me last night. He appeared behind me. Put a hand on my shoulder. And let me know he was here. He is a tree spirit guarding the “forest” which confused me. I’m in the desert. It didn’t look like much of a forest and he asked me
